My whole family needs a cleaning right now and the dental fees are gonna kill me. My insurance covers very little and we have a large family.
I'm going to have to change dentists and find someone cheaper.
We used to go to UB Dental school, but as I recall they only work from Fall to Spring (not year round) and they didn't do that great of a cleaning on my kids when we were there.
Do you have a cheap dentist?

ECC North does free cleanings in their Dental Assistant class.
New Hope on Jefferson Ave has free dental services, but I'm not sure which days. You can call them to find out though :)

Thanks everyone for your replies.
I've found a pediatric dentist for the kiddos who will do an exam, cleaning, fluoride treatment and bite-wing x-rays for $135/kid which is better than what I was paying (if I can find it lower, I'll take it though)
We still need to find a new dentist for my husband and myself.
ECC North is free but only goes fall to spring, so I can't get an appointment now.
I'd feel a little guilty taking advantage of New Hope on Jefferson b/c I'm employed and isn't that clinic for unemployed or disadvantaged people? Money's tight, but I don't want to take an appointment from someone who *really* can't pay anything.
Mike, your guy was about $192 for an initial exam, x-ray, cleaning for an adult...still out of my price range.
I guess I could hold off until the fall for myself and DH if need be. We're just overdue as it is.
(And to all the people offering to do it themselves as a side job...thanks, but no thanks. :D)
