The Republicans may mount a credible campaign against Hillary after all. I don't yet know much about John Spencer but here is a link to his website:

His odds in this heavily Democratic state are low but if he can just point out what is wrong with Hillary, then he can damage her.

If Hillary's results in helping NY State mattered, and they obviously don't since she has accomplished nothing, it wouldn't even be a contest. But unfortunately the Republican party in NY State is largely incompetent and has difficulty against Hillary the carpetbagger.

I think that the national far left would like to throw Hillary under the train. There have been many complaints by them about Hills reach towards the center. There where a few write ups yesterday by some known staunch democrat authors and they are even tired of Hillaries fake persona. At the SOUA she looked like the Joker with her make up and pant suit.
Here in NY they will just keep piling heaps of praise on her. Vote her back into office and she will be done with as far as a presidential run is concernd. The national Dem party will run her in the primaries but I don't believe as it stands today she could win.

HILLARY CLINTON IS THE ODDS-ON FAVORITE IN HER RE-ELECTION BID BUT FACES A SKEPTICAL NEW YORK AUDIENCE FOR A PRESIDENTIAL RUN:
Marist's telephone poll of 854 registered voters was conducted Jan. 24-26 and has a sampling error margin of plus or minus 3.5 percentage points. Siena's telephone poll of 621 registered voters was conducted Jan. 23-27 and has a sampling error margin of plus or minus 4 percentage points.

A separate statewide poll released Monday by Siena College's Research Institute found almost six in 10 New York voters said they would support Clinton's re-election.
