I LOVE these STUPID polls!!!!

"Many people in the area do support a Buffalo casino. A poll commissioned by The Buffalo News last February found that 55 percent of city residents felt the casino would be good for the city, while 45 percent opposed it. A poll commissioned by the Senecas over the summer produced similar results.

How about taking a poll on whether or not Indian Tribes should be treated better the NYS and US citizens and be able to break the law and not pay taxes. THAT'S THE QUESTION!!! Everyone wants casinos!! DUH!!!!

If you want casinos, make it legal and allow US and NYS businesses to compete for our gambling business AND PAY TAXES!!!!

I was just at the Niagara Falls Casino. I smoked Cigars I purchased tax free. I drank for free and I lost $200.00 to the evil empire. So what’s your point? As hard as I looked I could not find one Indian with a gun forcing me to enter. Also I could not find the cells where they keep the workers chained up.

NO, no one held a gun to your head, goodie, but gambling is as strong an addiction as smoking. Besides the loss of money from gambling, and the loss of money out of Buffalo, taxpayer's will be paying agencies to rehab the gamblers and their families.
But you know this.

You already listed the problem: they are exempt from laws that all other businesses are forced to follow.

You went there because you can gamble and smoke and purchase things tax-free... something no other business in NYS is allowed to provide.

Dear Chump
It aint my job to worry about what other business people can and can't do.
My job is to worry about my bottom line.If I can go somewhere and pay 0 tax you can bet your I love NY ass thats where you will find me. I hate this State and some day I will leave for greener pasture.Untill then screw em all let God sort em out.
