Grow a set of balls giza. Stick behind the residents not the developers.. They are the ones the live in the town. Does the main developer live in the suburb he creates?

It's very clear that Giza wants to opened the flood gates to the developers, so Lancaster can become the new Amherst. The Amherst that sold it's soul to the developers and received in turn money to run their campaigns, the disappreance of our green grass,our trees ,our wildlife and much of the GOD gave to Amherst. The developers are leaving precious gift for us deadly crowded streets, loaded with massive amounts of traffic, politicans who will bend over backward to vote for the developers because they know their palms will be greased with campaign money.If Lancaster follows in the history of other towns that fell under the control of the devlopers, will quickly discover that their Town Broad, will tweak laws and rules to meet the demands of the developers. If Lancaster wants a few more good years without the invasion of these greed mongers they have to attend Board meetings and check out anything the Town Board put out that smells funny. Good Luck
