The George Factor

I suggest we find a new way to measure our current President's competence. I call it The George Factor. The rating goes from 0 to 10 10 being the best, 0 being the worst. The scale is based on George Washington as 10. George Costanza is 0. Where does "W" fit in on this scale. Is "W" master of his domain? Can he tell a lie? Should he be sent home for Festivus? or should he cross the Delaware?

I'd find it impossible to rate W, because I don't know where W ends and Cheney/Rove begin. Seems like he's really about 10 percent president, with Rove and Cheney pickimg up the rest.

He should cross the Delaware in a sinking boat. Then he might have an idea on how we are feeling lately.
