Did ya hear amherst I htink will do another $500,000 study about the sinking homes! Could that be true...
I could tell them the reason fora lot less... you had developers that wanted to make a lot of money off of cheap wetlands. You had a town board and supervisor either paid off or SO stupid they believed it was ok to build on land that was told hears ago wasn't good to build on.
There... :) thats free... need anything else explained?
Oh I do feel for the people that homes are being ruined. But how can they expect the tax payer to pick up the bill for that. Federal or State its' still tax payer money. If you do if for them you will have too many judgement calls for all the homes that may have bad workmanship or bad maintance over the years. Who would they pick for that judgement call?
