Well all of Waterfront Village is above what the "normal" Buffalonian can afford isn't it? I still say at least one complex of grain elevators should be saved. I'm eyeing the ones by the Outer Harbor project if that goes well. It's been done with other grain elevators, so it wouldn't be the first of its kind.
