Back in Baltimore

My case of wanderlust lasted all of 1 year for Buffalo.

Back in Baltimore, and just 1 year removed, what do I find but yet MORE construction and building on the eastern side of the Inner Harbor. Incredible.....more accomplished in 12 months here than 12 years on the waterfront there.

I hope you guys can do it. Plans should be made up there to build an entirely new leadership structure.....once the control board is done (whenever that is), they will have to hand things back over to the leadership in charge. Let's hope there's an entirely new group of people running the show. If there isn't, then perhaps the control board should remain in power for a longer period of time.
