Looking for something DIFFERENT to do this summer?
Ever hear of Disc Golf?
It's what happens when Frisbee meets Golf...
However Disc Golfers are very conscious about the environment and Disc Golf coarses have sprung up all over the place and are a great way to utilize greenspace.
Within 30 minutes of Buffalo there are several Disc Golf Coarses
Chestnut Ridge has an 18 hole coarse cut into the woods, it's pretty awesome and challenging.
Beaver Island has an 18 hole Disc Golf Coarse.
Joseph Davis State Park in Niagara County has a 27 Hole Disc Golf Coarse.
You can buy some discs at most sporting goods stores, and online.
