I wonder how many Amherst residents remember the editorial that Amherst shouldn't have built the Pepsi Center despite ten years of work and study because it should have been built in Buffalo? Buffalo is still debating about what to do with the old Aud and the Buffalo News still won't give a fair shake to Amherst's successful ice rink.

Well for starters who says it's successful other than being open and using tax money to keep it open. Does it turn a profit?
Buffalo should be the focus in general. A fair shake would be no tax incentives other than for Buffalo. You have towns which pull companies out of the core of Buffalo with full tax revenue.
So who does the books? Which office can we go visit and check?
Can someone teach me the correct way to file a FOI? so we can have all the numbers in the open and settle this question once and for all?
Or do we need a study for that?
