Couple points here, I'm going on the little yellow card they emailed a few days back...
1) The difference between the proposed and contingency, levy-wise, is $601,425.
2) The contingency budget has an administrative difference of $411,791.
3) The contingency budget has a program difference of $1,752,022.
Now here's the question....
The capital is $1,562,388 higher on the contingency.
Does anybody know why this is the case? Shouldn't it be lower?
