I saw on the news that someone (1?) took all of the financial records from the sloan municipal building and threw them into the rez, they also deleted the records on their computers. the news had footage of wet records lying all around the office drying out. Sounds like a disgruntled former worker.

The "hacker" didn't just wander in there on his own. He was obviously hired to erase the computers. Additionally, someone in the prior administration had to dump those records.

Do people realize how serious it is to destroy public record? This isn't a fine folks. This is felony material. This is jailable... in a BIG way... The FBI is swarming. Pray you weren't involved!

I don't think so WNY res, I agree it's serious. The whole village is in chaos over this destruction of public record. It affects all of them. It's time for accountability.

This isn't "cheektowaga politics" at this point, or an old boys club. This is federal, this is an FBI investigation, and these agents don't owe anyone any favors.... contrary to what people believe, the rest of the country doesn't sit on the laurals of 98% reelection (that was sick, anyone see that on the news?), gladhanded smile sharing, and districts jerrymandered to the point that you have to move if you change political party... Federal Investigations are taken very seriously, and I don't think we can humor ourselves that some political bigshot on the WNY scene is gonna pull some strings... We mean little to the feds... and they dont' care who is important where...
