I'm wondering.. why would the residents of Lancaster if i'm reading this right allow thier politicians to build something like this?
The added burden to the small community seems great if the county already has something like this in the works. Do the residents of lancaster want to spend thier hard earned cash on something like this and be stuck with the bill for a lifetime?
If the county has this sort of inplace wouldn't it be wise for all the communities in the area to pay for this versus one town building it for thier own use?
