Jericho Road Family Practice is an inner city mission to the poor and refugee in Buffalo. It has been around for close to 15 years. The primary mission is to serve the poor, uninsured, refugee with quality and affordable healthcare. Its faith-based roots represent and exemplify Jesus Christ who said “whatever you do for the least of these, you also did for me.” Jericho Road is now taking this vision to Sierra Leone, Africa where a former refugee and current Jericho Road Employee is from. Her desire and vision is to build and maintain a medical clinic in one of the most desolate and underserved countries in Africa. Jericho Road is committed to this vision and has made several trips to that country. During the last trip, land was purchased for the medical clinic. The vision is becoming a reality. Jericho Road is in the process of fundraising and is in need of help.
Please help us fund raise by attending a Vegetarian/Vegan Cooking Class. There will be a demonstration, time for tasting and education on healthy food choices. The admission is free but a donation is requested. No amount is too small. We look forward to seeing you for a fun few hours of cooking, tasting and learning. Bring a friend and learn the skill of cooking vegetarian while supporting a great cause! Seating is limited so you must register by e-mail or calling. Thank you!
