Whoever read this thread,
I'm working on a project and need your help with a list of Tonawanda (city and town), Kenmore newspapers and North Buffalo (border with Kenmore/Tonawanda). I'd appreciate, if you list their websites and/or phone numbers. Please help.

Secret Planning for now. I'll do press release when we're ready.
Besides buying/selling real estate, I enjoy freelancing/per project work: community outreach, planning and developing/training and consulting, which includes research.
I feel that a good realtor must be informative and resourseful. He/she must be flexible and udjustable, excellent communicator and negotiator. The good Realtor must understand cultures and how to work with people from all backgrounds. The good Realtor must be a community diplomat and find information as quickly as possible. My motto is: Never ever say, "I don't know"- say, "I'll find out."

Yes, good point. I never tell my students "I don't know." I always provide them resources where they can find the answer and or I help them find the answer and or make the proper referal with great follow up.

My Realtor has a monthly mailing. it is a different but helpful theme each month. It might include vendor coupons. The themes are things like home safety, buying insurance, planning retirement etc. I really like these and have put several to good use.

You have a good Realtor. Ask him for more coupons and do your homework.
