Does a name of a street when purchasing a property bother you?

Example: Cemetary Hill

If you had a choice, what street name would you like to live on?

What I think the most stupidest thing going is street naming with developments...

Deer Run...
Quail way...
etc etc..

They destroy the habitat and all the animals are gone anyways.

Hey, you'll be surprised to find a treasure with a spooky name.

For Example, Click to my webpage and do search for Cemetary Hill on the buttom or MLS #322718

37 Acres, pond, great get away house with a breathtaking country view and excellent pricing.

its pretty, but it's too small, 1 bedroom and 1 bath - I assumed it was your listing.

imho it wont sell quick b/c of the 1 bedroom - i wonder what they were thinking when they built it??? obviously not resale value. Nice if you want to live alone, but if I owned this, I would like to share it with friends and family on weekends - thats pretty much impossible...

It is nice though, just impractical for most people - but not all people!!!

I was all set to buy a house directly across from a cemetery, but the deal was deader than the neighbors from across the street, once I saw the inside.

Just a few days ago, I was at someone's house, and, noticed, on the way in the door, that the street number was 13.

The number 13 would be enough to make me think twice about buying a house. But, Cemetery would not bother me at all.

13 has been my house number for many years. lightning only hits my house once a week so it cant be that bad of a number

That's all? That's nothing.

Think about a Snake Run Drive. What do you expect on this street?

Financial compensation, maybe?

How would you act if somebody give/left a will to you a gift with these numbers. Example: house or a car. Does a name or numbers matter?

Street names and numbers don't bother me. On the other hand, I would be wary of a house that had a huge penis for entertainment purposes:
