IF INDIANS BUY LAND, SHOULD IT AUTOMATICALLY BE ADDED TO THE RESERVATION (TAX FREE) OR SHOULD IT REQUIRE APPROVAL BY THE FEDERAL, STATE, COUNTY AND MUNICIPAL AUTHORITIES JUST LIKE ALL OTHER PROPERTY REMOVED FROM THE TAX ROLES.

Why not let the Indians buy land that SURROUNDS!!! their reservations and be able to expand the size of the reservations. I see nothing at all wrong with them doing that. A farmer can buy land that surrounds his farm and be able to expand his farm, so what is so wrong with a reservation having the same opportunity to do the same thing? There are some reservations that are VERY SMALL , and they don't have the land on which to create a viable economy for themselves. All the people that complain about the Indians not paying taxes is just a smokescreen . Those businesses that are near Indian reservations just need to adapt and improvise. Those businesses that can adapt to living near a reservation will make it, those that can't, will go out of business. Would people be complaining as much if a grocery store moved into a neighborhood and sold gas and tobacco products at cost? IE: just what they paid for the products?
