Frank Sedita to be endorsed by former Democratic Primary opponent Kenneth Case<o:p></o:p>
Frank Sedita, the Democratic candidate for Erie County District Attorney, will be receiving the endorsement of Kenneth Case, ending Mr. Case’s campaign for District Attorney. Mr. Case recently finished second in a three-way race for the Democratic nomination, beating Republican candidate Diane LaVallee but losing to the Democratic nominee Frank Sedita. A joint press conference will be held Thursday, September 25, 2008, by Mr. Sedita, Mr. Case, and Erie County Democratic Chairman Len Lenihan. The press conference will take place in the lobby of the Ellicott Square Building, 295 Main Street, Buffalo, New York, at 2:00 pm.
