Help with Yahoo email

When I open an incoming email, via Yahoo, there's no text displayed. Only when I hit "reply" can I see what was written in the original e-mail. Any thoughts??

I checked and went ahead and restored original settings, but still no message displayed.

May have had to do with Firefox, but cleared cache and cookies and bingo. Thanks Mike.

I don't really like the "new" yahoo mail, because it has a habit of loading and not opening, sometimes, but have yuo given it a shot to see if the same thing happens?
