With many houses on the market and low interest rates, individuals and investors have great choices. It's a great time for housing opportunity.
What's holding you?
P.S. Send me a private message if you or somebody you know is interesting in buying. Have a question? Call or e-mail. Feel Free.

What part of south are you talking about?
We have a great networking/referal system with Realtors all over the world.
You can contact me personally, share your confidential information and I will help you the way I can. If you're serious, you'll get in touch. Right?

First thing I would do in looking to buy is look for a REALTOR who is established and at the very least has a personal website. Not a template that the company gives them.
A blog is also a key tool these days but I doubt many WNY agents will get behind those.

look for someone who will service your real estate needs - just because they may only be doing it for 6 months, doesnt mean they suck - guess what?? I can tell you "most" not all of the "big' agents, have assistants that do the work, and open houses - all that being said, its results that count
and hey - - - - - - -you doubt that many wny agents will get behind the blogging - I just started my serious one today!!!!! and I think its pretty damn good - dont want to post too much in one day, I figure, one post a day for a start isnt bad.........
