My life is a series of goals, set regularly, primarily to keep me on track. :)

Do you actually write the goals down or do you just say my goal is to blah blah. Also do you track what goals you complete and what is the percentage of goals you complete?
I am just very interested about this topic.

I do daily goals, mostly.
I read on the internet someplace that a person is more likely to be successful achieving those goals if they are worked on at the same time.
Such as:
stop smoking
lose weight
exercise more
Don't know if it's because they're complementary or just take so much more willpower, or both or something else.

I have one list that I've kept for more than 5 years. It's a travel list...places I want to take my kids before they grow up. It is so satisfying to be able to cross off a destination!
Other than that, I usually make New Year's resolutions. This year was to be more healthy with my eating and excercise.

No, I generally don't write them down.

I make it a goal to pay my taxes every year.
sorry slim, I couldn't resist!
Seriously, yes I make it a goal to try to get buff, but instead of "Abs Of Steel", I've still got "Abs Of Veal". Maybe this is the year...

I obsessively set goals!
Sometimes I type out and print up a list of up to 50 goals of varying importance to be completed within a reasonable amount of time
Learned the hard way that setting too many goals puts a ton of pressure;Expectations on oneself.
Anyone ever set a goal and set backup goals?
Actions "A" or "B" to take if the first goal isn't achieved?
