If Joel Giambra is such a consolidation advocate, why hasn't he pursued this office. He talks a good game, but is, all show, no go. Could it be, Sanfillippo is a puppet for him ? I think so. Joel is for consolidating agencies, that will give him power, like the police force. Why hasn't he taken over the Fire Dept. There are firefighters all over the county. They (Bflo FD)could train with the volunteers and enhance the firefighting techniques, all over the county. Picking up the 57 million dollar payroll would certainly help out the city. Not Joel, in his quest for power and influence, he wants to take over the police dept, and charge the county taxpayers to do so. He'll then get 10 more appointments, in the Commissioners office. More power for Joel. I can't wait to pull the lever for Dan Ward. I have had enough of this guy.
