This man is responsible for 10(?) counts of attempted murder. The people who lived have a lifetime burden and will always be ill, if not dead. Why would they let him out, especially since according to reports, he is not remorseful and has made veiled hints that he would resume activities, if let out.:mad:

It's costing us a fortune to keep this jerk in prison. I'd vote for cutting off his pecker and releasing him. If he wants to us it as a deadly weapon, take it away from him.

But he's 'reformed' and 'reborn', isn't he? Turn him loose - he'll be on the BPD Reorganization Committee!

Seriously though - they should lock him away and throw away the key, and forget where he is. What he did to those girls is terrible. Shame on NYS for not having capital punishment available for crap like this.

Isn't there a way he can be marked with a scarlet letter..

Maybe carve HIV right on his forehead..
