legislative body feel the same when it comes to Tony
Masiello’s latest spending proposal: They hate it but
more than that they seem strangely puzzled by it.

“It’s a case of the Control Board using a hamhanded
approach of just wanting to cut bodies without looking
at the consequences and the Mayor being forced to go
along with it,” says Lovejoy District Member Rich
Fontana. “Anyone can cut the budget if all you’re
going to do is just eliminate whole departments
without looking at the consequences. They have no
money in the budget for the Parks Department or for
maintaining our parks!

For some odd reason I feel it's the blind leading the blind on the county/buffalo park take over issues.
Power struggle to who will control the work force/budget of who handles the parks of WNY.
