With 12 foreclosed commercial and residential properties up for sale, the City of Tonawanda will hold a real estate auction at 10 a.m. Thursday in City Hall.
Registration for the auction begins at 8:30 a.m. Successful bidders will be required to pay a 10 percent deposit on their property, plus a 10 percent buyer’s premium payment to the auctioneer. All winning bids are subject to approval by the city.
Information about the properties, as well as terms and conditions of the auction, are available at the treasurer’s office in City Hall.
