A new scientific study has revealed that the state of Louisiana is sinking. Researchers say the Louisiana coast is slowly sliding into the Gulf of Mexico.

The study says the sinking is being caused by underground faults moving under the weight of sediment dumped by the Mississippi River.

The area of slippage is confined to an area that includes the mississippi delta.

Let's see how much attention the pro-global warming media gives this finding. My guess is that it'll get as much press as the shrinking icecaps on Mars.

More evidence why the Mississippi needs to be naturallized and why New Orleans will never be rebuilt.....except for a few highly historic sections....
