Inside Secrets Every Home Buyer and Seller Should Know…

Free Real Estate Seminar Series

Learn the inside secrets that will assist you in buying or selling a home from some of
Western New York’s leaders within their professions. A team of local professionals is planning to conduct a series of real estate seminars covering secrets every homebuyer and home seller should know. John Villella, a licensed home inspector and spokesman for the group of presenters, invites any person who is planning on buying or selling a home this year to attend this educational seminar to learn the secrets to avoid problems, save money, and to create an enjoyable real estate experience. With the real estate season approaching, you don’t want to miss this.

Mr. Robinson stated that the series of seminars slated to begin Thursday, February 8th, at 7PM will run approximately 70 minutes. There will be a question and answer session afterward for those who are shy to ask questions during the presentations. “Our goal is to provide the consumers with all the information needed to become an educated consumer”, he said.

John Villella, a Licensed Home Inspector and owner of All Pro Home Inspection & Household Environmental Services, Ltd., will share secrets on home inspections, selecting a home inspector, and other issues that buyers and sellers need to know. Michael Olear, a Realtor from MJ Peterson, will explain how a real estate professional assists both the sellers and buyers. John Torrey, a Mortgage Banker from Home Funding Finders, Inc., will explain why a credit report can affect your interest rate, credit score, and job opportunities. Ruth Newman, Esq. from the Law Office of Ruth Newman will explain the responsibilities of the attorney during a real estate transition. Lester Robinson, an insurance broker with Northwoods Corporation Agency will discuss the different types of insurance coverage you will need for your own personal insurance program.

Each seminar is free to the attendees with registration beginning at 6:30PM, for the seminar on Thursday, February 8, 2007 with a 7PM starting time. The seminars will be held at Hoodle Dashers Restaurant, located at 6856 Transit Rd., Lockport, NY. (1 mile south of county line)

John Villella expressed that they realize everyone has many different choices in seminars that are currently being offered, and to ensure the attendees not only receive this valuable information that will assist them, each person will have a chance to be rewarded for just attending. Each seminar will have a drawing and one winner will be drawn from everyone in attendance that submitted an entry form for a $25.00 dinner certificate. A Grand Prize – Trip to Niagara on the Lake for two will be given away at the end of the seminar series.
